Pics are in reverse order. Started with 2.41 mile run, heavy gym curcuit (1000 reps shoulders/arms/abs). 1725m swim (roughly a mile) then powered through a 4.47 mile run. Mile 6 (finish distance for olympic tri) after all the other training broke 6:48 mile!
This is a week of training peeps! Cant wait to see what next week brings! Time to add @wearbands to the runs. As always @oraliv keeping me hydrated and @izoneshot for the focus!.
